MH Suspension

Met Mark today as my z900 wasn't quite right. 10 minutes of adjustment later the bike was amazing to ride home. Also reduced my tyre pressures below the recommended factory settings, and had plenty more grip. See you with my next bike Mark.

I visited Mark for a suspension adjustment on my Super Duke as I wasnt happy with its handling. After tweaking a few dials and going through the various recommended factory settings, it still didnt seem to behave how I wanted it to. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Within half an hour of my arrival, I was testing the bike around the local lanes following his adjustments and the difference was incredible. The bike is so much more intuitive to ride and doesnt require as much physical effort, while also soaking up the small bump chatter incredibly well. 10/10 I would strongly recommend MH Suspension and will be back again in future without a doubt.

Based on a friend's very good experience taking a Honda 250 trail bike to MH, I booked in my 1992 Yamaha Serow / XT225 trail bike for a suspension check. Although the bike was significantly older than Mark would normally work on, he was happy to carry out the check. The rear shock setting was not too far out but Mark made an adjustment to smooth the rebound damping. He also advised that the rear shock was in good condition and that the front suspension would benefit from slightly stiffer springs. The check and work took no more than 10 minutes. We rode a number of green roads (unsurfaced roads) on the way back and there was a noticeable improvement. The rear suspension operation was much calmer and more effective and the bike generally felt more 'planted' on the road. For the time and cost involved I would highly recommend using Mark for a suspension check.
