Ive been attending Kellys classes 3 times a week via zoom during lockdown. Its been an amazing incentive to encourage me to exercise, so much so that I now do a daily practice. I have noticed such a positive change both mentally and physically with significant changes in my body shape and increased strength, mobility and flexibility. Kelly is a fabulous teacher. She brings her own special blend of knowledge, versatility and adaption of her class to suit all levels as well as a gentleness, positivity and sense of humour. I would highly recommend her fabulous classes!!!!

I have found joining Kelly's zoom yoga sessions over the lockdown of great benefit. She has a wonderful calm, friendly manner, doesn't push too hard but the sequences can be a good challenge. I didn't feel any pressure and felt encouraged to build up from not being great at the beginning. Kelly also has a lovely speaking voice which makes a difference to me. I would highly recommend working with Kelly. A natural healer. Thank you Kelly.

Kelly is an outstanding yoga teacher and coach. Her vast subject knowledge and clear passion for the role is evident in all her classes. Even through the challenging COVID times, Kelly continued to lead the sessions with great skill. Her calming and supportive style was truly appreciated as we continued classes via zoom. I can highly recommend Kelly as a yoga teacher - she really is fantastic.
