Cloud Voice data have been great from the very start. Friendly team walked into my salon and introduced themselves on the very week I was looking to have Cctv installed. They listened to what I wanted and advised me on how they could help, stayed in contact and had my security system installed yesterday. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and I couldnt be happier with the quality of the cameras. Absolutely fantastic company and highly recommended!

I have been reluctant to leave this review but its been in the making for a long time now hoping that things would improve, and the time has come to give a review. We have been using Cloud Voice and Data for almost 4 years. In that time, we have had many problems. The problems have been regular in occurrence. Things seem to work for a while then they stop working. We wanted to give them 2 stars because as a team they are polite and respectful, but being a small business, we have felt very unhappy with the service we have received. We are now of the feeling that a polite team does not compensate for the lack of service, which time and time again has been brought to their attention. We have CCTV, which was installed when we moved to Cloud Voice and Data. The system is so old it doesnt work on any new internet browsers, so we are unable to access the footage, but we are still paying for this and the rental of the equipment. Despite our many complaints, and requests for a senior member of the team to contact us, a senior member of the team has never taken the time to contact us to personally apologise and reassure us that our problems are being prioritised. Looking at all the 5 star reviews, perhaps we are just very unlucky. I have suggested to them that maybe it's because we are a small company, that we are just not that important to them as we are not generating enough income for them. I called again last week and I explained clearly on the phone that once again I am extremely frustrated because the reporting for missed calls is still not working, despite my many calls and emails dating back several months now. I was very clear that I wanted a senior member of the team to call me about this. I still have not had a phone call. We still dont have the notifications of missed call reports so we can call those customers. I then received an email from Cloud Voice Data stating that this service has not been set up and would I like to book a call to set this up, even though they tried to bill me for new licences the previous month for a solution we have been paying for since day 1. Its simply ridiculous. Things go wrong from time to time, but when its so often coupled with the lack of response, you cant help but feel incredibly frustrated. We are still losing business because of this. In this modern world, you need a technology partner that wont let your business down. Unfortunately, Cloud Voice and Data have let us down repeatedly.

Thank you team Cloud for such a quick response to my needs yesterday! My router an all internet failed and I was recommended to Cloud to come to the rescue in which they did. I called at 10.15am and they had an engineer with me by 11am! Swapped my router and got me back online. Only charged me for the replacement router too. Lovely company to deal with and I would highly recommend. Have a great New Year and thank you

We have been working with Cloud Voice & Data since the start of 2021 and have had nothing but an excellent 5* service. Everything from our landlines, mobile phones and data, to our IT and security... they really do have you covered for all those vital business services. We have only positive things to say about our experience with them and would not hesitate to recommend to any business. The service received has been exemplary, with any issues dealt with in a timely manner. The team at CV&D are always happy to help and endeavour to deal with any problems arising in a professional manner.
