Housemartins Property Management

If you are looking for a property management company to manage your block of flats, as my colleagues and I were, do not go here, cannot recommend in ANY way. 1 star is as low as I can go, would have been less if possible.

I have given Five Stars as response to the quick service I have experienced with Housemartins Property Management. As a owner of a Seafront Flat for the past 18/19 years I feel I have reasonable experience where Managing Agents are in question. We have changed agents twice before and most recent (last year) to Housemartins. I can honestly say I have never known any previous agents to deal with issues concerning my individual property as quickly as Housemartins. What has taken up to three months in past has been dealt with within and many weeks and minor issues within days! Well done! So I would recommend! Managing properties is a thankless task and very difficult to keep everyone happy.....BUT.....this is in my opinion where it counts.....GETTING ON WITH JOB! Mrs Delaney

In my capacity as a director of a freehold block of flats, I use Housemartins to mage the property. We always find them very efficient in all our dealings and I would thoroughly recommend them.
