Lou was good at putting our family at ease during the photoshoot. She even managed to get some smiles from our teenagers which can be difficult at the best of times. Really pleased, the photos were fantastic.

We booked Lou to take photos of our 3 Granddaughters, Lou was professional and friendly in her approach and settled the girls ready for the photos to be taken. She took lovely photos and it was hard for us to make our final decision on the ones we would pick. Lou is so lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her, we would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to our family and friends.
