    Harry is an absolutely fantastic PT. Ive been having sessions with him for a while now after a very long fitness break. The sessions are varied & tailored to my strength and fitness goals. Because I have an interest in CrossFit, hes always bringing weird and wonderful WODS for me to have a go at during our sessions. I dont think there has ever been a session where Ive not come out of it sweaty and smiling! Would highly recommend Harrys services if youre looking for a PT that will work with you to achieve your goals and make you fall a little bit in love with exercise again.

    I was a classic 20 mins on the treadmill and 10 on the cross trainer kind of guy before I started working with Harry. Didnt know if PT was for me because I didnt fancy being shouted at by someone in too much lycra at 5am, but Harry seemed like a good guy so I gave it a go. It has been completely brilliant. Weve gradually built my strength up and increased my fitness with a variety of strength and functional sessions. Every week is different, and I now feel like I know what Im doing when I go to the gym. This has been more like a training course on how to exercise efficiently and that suits my style and personality really well - Ive learned a lot. If youre looking for a PT who will match his approach to your experience, help you understand how to get the most out of the gym time you have, and will do it in a super calm, chilled way that makes you feel completely at ease, youve found him.
