My Mother-in-Law spent a little over 2 years at Westerleigh. She was very happy there and the staff were caring, attentive and professional at all times. She thought that the food was lovely and even during Covid when lockdowns and staff shortages were the norm, the levels of care were extremely good indeed. We were so glad that we chose Westerleigh and would recommend it to family and friends. We'd also thank the management and staff (including all the unsung heroes of the kitchen, cleaning and maintenance teams) for making her last couple of years as pleasant as possible.

Westerleigh Nursing Home have cared for my mother since the beginning of lockdown. Although we have been unable to visit every member of staff I have spoken to have been informative and kind. It is an enormous weight off my mind to have her living in such a caring environment.

When my mum arrived at the home she had her own wheel chair and cushion the staff are great Nd food good but the down side is thst when mum was brought home she was in an ambulance chair We contacted the manager david who was not very helpful he said he couldn't help with this matter and when we said about reporting it to the police he just laughed Somy advice would be to any one is dont let your family member take any thing of value and certainly not any wheel chairs it would seem that theres no respect for personal positions at all The one star is for the staff as they were good with mum it's just the loss of mums private property which was not NHS the family bought it for her and the lack of interest the home msnger,/owner on this matter
