My father has been at Blatchington Manor for just over a year and my family and I can't speak highly enough about the outstanding care he has received since he was first admitted. The exceptional staff have made Blatchington Manor a warm and cheerful home from home where he has been able to continue his dementia journey with dignity and where we feel a part of the Blatchington family. We feel so fortunate to have found such a special care home and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our 95 year old father has Alzheimer's and is unsteady on his feet. He has been in Blatchington Manor since mid September 2020 during a very difficult time. The family has found this care home to be fantastic and offers a very high level of care and attention. Dad can be awkward at times but is always treated with respect and understanding by the staff.

My Mum moved into Blatchington Manor when they opened in February 2018 She has a lovely light airy room with a large picture window that she can watch the squirrels and birds from. The rooms are kept spotless and the whole building smells clean and fresh. All the staff very caring and are happy to assist from the maintenance to kitchen staff its one big happy family. The carers and activity staff are very friendly, caring and hard working and have a great sense of humour There are lots of activities that the residents can participate in with regular visits from musicians and singers. Some days the residents can go out to the beach and shops. Excellent choice of food afternoon tea is served everyday.

Modern new home with fantastic facilities. On first impression the home smelt clean and fresh and is very well looked after. We visited in July 2019 for the summer fete and to have a tour around the premises as a potential placement for a relative. The home is very well organised, the staff are very welcoming and friendly as are the residents. The home is a cut above the rest compared to the other dementia care homes that we visited in the area. we look forward to placing our family member in a home that encourages independence in a comfortable setting giving us a great peace of mind.

It has been such a relief to find Blatchington Manor for my father who has been a resident for very nearly a year. Dad is profoundly deaf as well as having dementia and the staff have been extraordinary in making him feel relaxed and at home, and welcoming us as family. Blatchington Manor is modern, light and sparkly clean - it always feels like somewhere you want to be, and where the residents are genuinely at home. Dad loves the beautiful garden, the afternoon teas, the lively activities, especially music, and above all the caring and considerate staff. A very special place.
