Not Just Travel - Penny Jenner

I have never Travelled out of Europe, and so decided what am I waiting for, I had seen some amazing deals from Penny, and would love to experience all of them, but thought I would start small with New York, Las Vegas, Toronto and end up in Niagra Falls. Working with Penny for the past year and hearing how wonderful she is when booking and gets it just right, I would not look anywhere else, also Penny has repeatedly confirmed to the Chapter and her customers that she is ATOL protected which is so important at the moment, everyone is asking this question when looking to book. I asked some questions on an offer I had seen which Penny had shared, I asked if she could arrange private transfers and amend a couple of things on the holiday, nothing was too much, Penny was happy to go away and come back to me with everything I had asked, and I was delighted to go ahead with the booking. In the post after booking I got a thank you card for booking with Penny, and some of her business cards so that I can refer her (which I have done and even more people are very happy now) and also I will take the details away with me, just in case I need her. I am extremely excited about this trip, and wouldnt go anywhere else now to book a trip away, I highly recommend Penny if you are looking for a staycation or a trip to the other side of the world, Penny can handle all the details, so you look forward to your special holiday and enjoy every minute of it. From start to finish an excellent service. Easy to print tickets and schedule, with good detailed instructions to pick up the transfers. Super hotel and facilities. To be honest could not fault the Whole holiday experience. Many thanks Penny, we had a super time and the extra day stay due to storm Dennis was a bonus another day Im the sun 25 degrees in February in Lanzarote back in our original hotel and room. I wont be going anywhere else to book holidays in future. Great friendly service, gave me lots of options and I couldnt believe how good the final price was!
