This is the second time Ive bought a property through Philip Mann Seaford. Yet again all the staff I dealt with were professional, thorough and charming. Josh Avis went above and beyond what Ive come to expect in an estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble, even though the whole thing took almost a year, and was fraught with difficulties. Having purchased my house thru Philip Mann 11 years ago I have just sold the same house thru Philip Mann. Michael Stringer has been excellent from start to finish. A detailed knowledge and understanding of the Seaford market and contacts ready to view the right property. Even in the current market the house was put on the market and taken off again in less than 24 hours as Michael had the right buyers waiting. Very happy with what Michael and the rest of the team have done to support our sale and would happily recommend their services.

We booked a viewing and nobody turned up. We had taken time off of work to attend, so we called them and they told us that we had cancelled the booking when we definitely had not. We tried to book another viewing and were told they would call us back, they never called.
