They were absolutely fantastic and I will be recommending them for anyone who needs work doing. They were very efficient, tidy and they cleaned up after themselves. They kindly helped move furniture for me as it was a full room repaint. I found them both very polite, and were respectful of my home. My 2 year old was obsessed with going and watching what they were up to (Adam and Paul both dealt with this so wonderfully and were so sweet with him) they were lovely to have in the house! They were painting the house next door which caused paint spray on the front window of my house and my car that was parked outside my house. When I got in touch with them with photos, I received no apology and they tried to blame me for the situation! Their reasoning for this is due to a delay in my reporting it as I had not noticing for some time due to following government guidelines in regards to lock down and not washing my car until it became a safety concern. It was also a very fine spray that was not immediately noticeable. When I provided a quote to remove the fine paint paint spray on my car they tell me that it is up to their sub contracted decorator, in regards to how he wants to remove it and that he may do it himself, despite him not being a car body expert and despite the expert telling me that it is a labour intensive job that would require a machine policy after due to paint work being dulled by the process. They gave me his number and advised that this would not come under public liability insurance, basically passing the buck.
