I had no idea how to arrange a funeral and was finding the idea of doing so for my father quite stressful. Seaford &Newhaven Funeral Directors were very helpful and understanding, explained all the options very clearly and helped me organise a funeral that was truly fitting of my father. Thank you.

I would like to thank Rosemany and her team at Seaford & Newhaven Funeral Directors for there understanding and support during a difficult time. My Mum passed away suddenly. Rosemary and team at Seaford showed sympathy, empathy and nothing was too much trouble. This was the second time I have used Seaford & Newhaven services. Thank you for helping us through this very sad time.

We were very impressed with the service that we received at a very difficult time for our family. Nothing was too much trouble and the lead up and funeral arrangements went smoothly. Our thanks especially to Rosemary Barker who has shown nothing but kindness and understanding- many, many thanks. Also to Malcolm Bacon the Funeral Celebrant again a very understanding and lovely gentleman who assisted us with the Eulogy etc. Top class service from Seaford and Newhaven Funeral Services. Kind regards The Winser Family X

Seaford & Newhaven funeral directors - in particular a lady called Shellie - were extremely helpful when we wanted to organise a non-religious funeral for my Grandma at Eastbourne Crematorium. I think I may run over the character limit if I describe everything they did and how they helped, but from researching where my Grandma's sister had her ashes scattered back in the early 90s so my Grandma could have her ashes scattered in the same place, to helping arrange all of the various visual and audio tributes, webcast, paying in donations to my Grandma's favourite charities etc absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The overwhelming comments we received from people attending the funeral was that if it wasn't my grandma's own funeral she would have loved every bit of it! Can't ask for more than that. I would also like to thank the team who prepared my Grandma for us to visit her in the chapel of rest. They did a sterling job. We also booked a celebrant called Malcolm Bacon who helped us run the service on the day, he did an excellent job too.
