        New to the area and popped in to ask for a suit to be cleaned by Wednesday (today is Monday). I got a puff of the cheeks and a shrug of the shoulders, told that I had no chance as he had just put a load on and that the earliest I could expect it would be Thursday afternoon. Next nearest dry cleaner much more accommodating and polite. RESPONDING TO THE RESPONSE - I remind everyone that this was a Monday. Regarding the statement about full loads, there was a wash on with one item in.
