        Telephone enquiry. Receptionist attitude was very unhelpful. Wouldn't give the surname of the Audiologist. Told me to look at the website to get answers. I was shocked to be spoken to in such a dismissive manner. As a recently retired Audiologist of 38 years I was intending to recommend this practice for a friend .
