G3 Architecture

Unfortunately, our chain collapsed and we could not proceed with our planned purchase and renovation that we planned to use Michael for. Michael is extremely professional, knowledgeable and his advice and support was greatly appreciated. We hope to use him and G3 again in the future.

Michael and his team were good at listening to our needs, preparing a brief and staged costing all completed on time and cost. They prepared the first design and then we worked with him to produce the final design. Detailed plans and planning consent was obtained. Our builders said the plans were the most detailed seen. Support was provided throughout the build and, in addition, Michael provided contacts for other services which were required. The house is now finished and we are enjoying living in the space which Michael designed.

I cant rate Michael and his team highly enough. Michael has amazing vision and came up with plans for my house which surpassed my expectations. Having to create a completely wheelchair accessible house from a bungalow of many small rooms was a challenge.Michael spent a huge amount of time and effort dealing with the planning department on our behalf , to achieve a perfect home. This is the second time we have used Michael and I would definitely use him again.
