The drive to the cottage is immediately after the 1st car park on Clink Lane. There is private parking for at least 3 cars. The cottage was clean, spacious, well equipped and the owners are responsive and supportive if there are any problems. The games room, BBQ and sun room were all well used.
Access to the beach: you can go via the back gate and walk along to the slipway and onto the beach or walk along road to slipway. The latter route avoids short flight of steep steps in garden. The beach is sandy and has life guards on the "dog-free" area of beach. There is an extensive area of beach for dog-walking to the right of the slipway.
We would recommend the short drive to Horsey to look at the seals, the freshly cooked doughnuts from Sea Palling and all beach activities.
