I contacted Andy after our stove installation fitted by another installer had been deemed unsafe to use by HETAS, and they had failed to rectify it despite being given opportunity too. I gave Andy a call and chatted about what needed doing, sent him all the photos and dimensions, and agreed a price and date. He turned up promptly on the day, talked through all the details, thoroughly sheeted the room out to minimise mess then spent the following 3 days grafting to rip all the old stuff out and build it back up correctly. He went out of his way refitting covings and trims so there was less for me to do afterwards and all done to a really high standard, he also went and found matching tiles to replace the ones that had been previously damaged by the last installer. When finished the problems that we had with it previously were all gone, the stove works a treat and my roof no longer leaks when it rains! He told me everyday what he wanted to get completed and didnt leave until hed done it, no matter how late it was, and when he finished, he left the room as clean and tidy as could be considering the work hed done. He seems like a genuine bloke, wasnt arrogant about his work and grafted to leave a top quality finish.. wish Id of found him the first time round. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have a stove installed

In 2014, Andy fitted us a coal fired boiler and a stove. We were young, skint and it was freezing. He did an amazing job for us! Fast forward 9 years and there was only 1 person we were going to contact for a new log burner in our new home. A few WhatsApp messages later and we were all booked in. Hes a skilled chap and he has done a fantastic job. Would highly recommend premier stove to anyone considering a log burner.
