Whilst I cannot fault the actual product so far (only been installed 2 weeks) the customer service and communication is very poor. I was constantly chasing a response to my e-mails when we very first placed the order, when the order came we were short one window and then I had to chase the re delivery of this. We placed over 9,000 worth of order and when we came to install the windows (3 months later due to build delays) we were short two trickle vents. I called the company and informed them and was told they could send them out to us. Then I got a e-mail next day with a invoice and was told that as so long had passed they would not send them out to us without us paying for them, even though they were the ones who did not send them in the first place. So I then had to pay 22 for vents to be posted to me that should have come with the initial order anyway. I also then asked for VAT receipts and was sent invoices instead and told that they would not provide anything further. Such a shame as we have another upcoming project I wanted to match the windows too but would rather go elsewhere where communication and service are key.
