If you need to rely on a van being booked - DONT BOOK HERE. I emailed to ask for availability for my req days, i received an email the next morning saying they have a van available for the 4 days i asked for. The same day, i rang and spoke to someone called Brad, he then told me it would be a 4 day rental, which is more than the weekly rental costs. I enquired if i was able to rent the van for the week, we agreed a few dates over the phone and we agreed that i would be in the next day to pay for the deposit required. The next day, 9am, i arrived with my ID, Proof of address and a payment card to make the deposit, I was met by a woman at the counter who's name i did not get. Advised her i was there to pay for the deposit, as discussed with Brad (sat next to her) yesterday. She then advised me that they had NO vans available. Cue me not being very happy - She had offered me a different spec van, but no tail lift. I declined that and quite honestly walked of feeling VERY peeved off and upset - this extra stress is not something you need when moving house. I Immediately went across to Enterprise to be greeted with not a single member of staff onsite? After that failed attempt, after I had calmed down, I rang Ready Rent a Car back, to be greeted by the same woman. I proceeded to apologise and asked why the experience has gone like this. She advised me that they do NOT take bookings over the phone and that someone could of been in to leave a deposit before me (Fair Enough but a terrible system) I then asked if they had any alternatives again, once again, been offered the 4 days i had originally been offered but at a cost MORE than the weekly rental - NOT HAPPY. I thought id be cheeky here and ask if i could pay the weekly rental for just the 4 days i required the van - She advised me she would have to check with the manager and get back to me...Happy Days! Maybe a resolution! Anyway - 12:30 (Closing time on Sat) came round and still no phone call - My details were left with her and they were correct. Safe to say i will never attempt to use this branch again, nor advise anyone to trust these or any other of their other branches throughout the country. Thankfully i have sourced another van - although due to the messing around with this company, I now will have to struggle without a tail lift moving bulky items by myself due to how popular Tail Lift Vans are. You may all be thinking 'why has he left it so late' but unfortunately, i only received a move in date a week before! To Conclude - 1 Star is far too many! DO NOT USE.

Not too bad if you want a cheaper rental. However, cars were bashed up and generally dirty inside and out. Make sure you check the vehicles thoroughly for working lights and take plenty of photos upon collection. Staff werent the most helpful initially but were better when handing back.

We didn't get the car we ordered and no explanation was given. The car we had, had some difficulties starting but once it got going it was a good car.

I found the staff very friendly and competent. I was highly impressed after calling mid afternoon that they could rent me a car the same day. The price was very reasonable and cheaper than other rivals. I would recommend anyone to use them.
