I went in earlier today, no booking appointments or calls beforehand, found a vehicle I loved (Subaru XV), got a very fair valuation on my Peugeot 108 and did a part-exchange. Very early days but love the new car, drives and feels fantastic (drove it from Scunthorpe back to Hull, very comfortable) and I was reassured with a 1 month warranty should anything go wrong, and based on my experience I wouldn't feel uncomfortable calling in after the 1-month warranty expires for advice/support if I had a question etc.
I had some troubles with my bank whilst trying to authorise the purchase of road tax, and the gentlemen that was dealing with me (didn't catch his name... it's more likely I've forgotten but he knows who he is) he was fantastic, really understanding and super patient, nothing was a bother and stayed outside of closing hours to make sure I was all set after the few issues I had with the bank.
Will definitely be back there for my next car and highly recommend this business, even if you need to travel a little
