John carried out the MOT examination on my car on the 12th August. I received a first class service, John is one very professional car mechanic/MOT examiner. Thanks John.

Appalling customer service. We had our new admin assistant call up regarding a towbar fitting. The other person on the end of the phone proceeded to ask her why she was being prompted by the rest of the team (she is brand new to the team and didnt have all of the information she was being asked). He then proceeded to ask her if English is her first language, which it is, and also accused her of prank/fake calling. Our office manager then called back to explain that our assistant is new, hence why she needed prompting. He then said I am not a test pilot, you shouldnt have let her do it rudely and put the phone down. How are staff meant to learn if this is the attitude they receive on the telephone? We are appalled by the attitude and suggest further customer service training for the team at John Fountain. Perhaps consider who you let pick up the phones at your business.

Very pleased with John Fountains tow bars excellent nice neat job John went over the ins and outs off the instructions of the removable ball part. Also tips about how to stop people stealing your removable ball as well when your caravans attached like keep it locked at all times.
