Absolutely discusting customer services. When on the Friday to pay and book for Tuesday morning .didn't arrive till 730 pm so lost days work they was supposed to collect between 5 and 6 wensday never came rang them to no reply from voice male so text they replied saying I will ring later .Still no reply so rang Thurs morning to be told they will collect at 5 pm by 630 still no knowone cam e so rang to be told there on there way 7 pm they decided to collect. I'm disabled and don't have car so rely on my sister to collect my son to do it for me.so instead of 2 journeys it turned out to be 8 with having my son here when they came due to me not been able to help lift .so there forecits fare to say won't be using these again would rather paymore else where not even a apology
