Bought a vape device a few weeks ago from here, worked fine then developed a burning taste to it. Replaced it with spare coil from the box and within a few hours developed the same burning taste. Took it back, guy said the coil had burned out so fair enough bought a new coil and new liquid. Worked for a day then developed the burning taste again, took it back to query this and was met with a wall of 'nothing wrong with the device, all my fault' kind of attitude from the counter. Clearly there was a fault with the device, refused a replacement or exchange. Used to like this store, always friendly in the past but have lost a couple of customers with this attitude. Sorry to the other guy who works there, you were always friendly and understanding.
