        I've been using Jo's services since 2018, and she's brilliant, it's definitely not a pleasant experience as she gets to work but as they say no pain no gain, I don't know how I would have got through the last few years without her. Highly recommended

        Having never had a sports massage before going to see Jo, I was very nervous initially, but Jo is friendly and she explains everything putting you instantly at ease. I went to Jo as I have a desk job which results in poor posture and muscle tension. I've been going to see Jo for over a year now and will continue to do so as she remedies my problems every time. I would definitely recommend Jo to all.
