On behalf of myself and my mother I wanted to thank Bridgewater for their excellent care of my grandmother Mrs Flint up until her death this weekend. She was a severely ill lady and rather difficult to look after but they did so with dignity and care and we cannot fault them one bit. It was lovely to hear how they always spoke about her so kindly, and over the last 15 months we have been so glad that she was in your care.

Absolutely appalling service at this residential home, I have witnessed staff treating a patient really bad, making them wait up to 1 hour for their medication to be given to them, they dont follow the hospital instructions for patients medication, they are left distressed and in tears, told to hang up on phone calls or they will not enter a patients room, breathing apparatus with kinks in the tubes and refusing to change them so the patient is not getting the right amount of oxygen and is struggle, breath mask are to small for the patients face with is a massive problem p, I have reported this care home to the Care Commissioner to have this home audited for the sake of the patients, walking into rooms without due care and attention to the patients privacy (ie) in the shower or toilet! Bursting into the patients room and making them jump out their sleep! Not asking the patient if he wants dinner been left with no breakfast all morning, telling the patient that they cant have all their medications prescribed by the hospital. Really have major concerns into this care home and I would never recommend-this place to anyone has the staff are massively insensitive and they attitude is absolutely vile, thinking of calling the police now

My dad was in this nursing home for many years I would just like to say that if you are thinking of putting a family member of yours please think twice before doing so . as the level of care is very low as on many visits I made to my dad many of times I walked into his room and found him sat in his chair soiled and wet . Also I found that he hadent been shaved his clothes was filthy and covered in food. on many occashions I had to change my dad and shave him my self. I always bought my dad everything he needed etc clothes slippers toiletries that always kepped going missing. the management is all front of house at first you will get greated with smiles but after you start to complain about the level of care and reporting things going missing and the state my father was left in for hours . You will see the truth behind this nursing home as they have no compaction empathy or or loyalty to family members .. A TERRY ....
