Now, I hardly ever go to Pizza Hut, but as an evening treat we went. The staff were friendly and had no issues with them. Our waiting staff pushed ordering online, which was fine and we did that. Fortunately we had a discount card which knocked a third off. The main problem was none of the salad bar items being replenished, other diners were complaining about this and it did take a fair bit of time to happen. The food was fine and well cooked, but it is only pizza, so you can only really over or undercook it. It's fine for a treat if you want to, and if you have a voucher or similar why not go.
