Hi Good evening , Me and my wife we both went to take a passport size photo for her Indian passport renewal. Because we have an appointment on Wednesday 28th morning 9 am at Bradford. I was sat in my car and my wife went inside at 3:35 pm and they have still 25 mins to close. But My wife been told they are in rush they are busy by cashing up the till and they have no time to serve her. So my wife been refused by the staff called Rachel. But My Wife requested her because its very important. But Rachel said no and she told my wife to come back on Wednesday morning. So My wife was upset and informed me about the situation. I was shocked and went inside the shop and a staff member called Steve approached me. I explained him about the situation and the photo is very important and we need it for Wednesday morning appointment. But Steve is very very rude to me and he told I came at the last minute and they cant serve me. But I told him you have still 25 mins left to close the shop and The photo is that much important. But He told he cant talk to me anymore because he said he explained already and walk away from me. He told he is not getting paid if its getting delay and he blamed me that Im late. But I told him its still 25 mins left to close. But He ignored me. I was shocked and I asked him for the customer support number to report the incident. But He said he cant give the number and refused to talk to me. Then I asked the staff Rachel at the till for the customer service number. Then she said she will serve me after she count the cash and she asked me to wait. Then within 2 mins she finished her count came and took the photo for my wife and sorted in 5 mins. Finally We got the photo at 3:50 pm. If they served at first sight at 3:35 they can done in 5 mins and by 3:40 everything will be done. But They delayed 10 mins by their unwanted argument and their ignorance. So due to their worst behaviour we are not using them anymore. Thanks.
