Click and collect order. Pleasant staff member served me immediately as no other customers were present. On street parking at front of premises was fairly easy.

All Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. All are Great. More shops and stores should and could be like here.

Ive been a customer here for many years. All the staff are well knowledgable with medications and provide a very courteous service. You can pop in for a private consultation if youre in need of any advice on your health worries. Every month I order and its ordered at the GPs then sent electronically. Mines usually there in two days. They stock over the counter medicines which include all types and you pay at the time of purchasing. There opening times are Monday-Friday 9am-6.30 pm. You can have them delivered too which is great and I wanted to thank you personally for delivering mine urgently today when I was too poorly to fetch them. Im adding to my review on the negative side of what happened this week. I picked my prescription up last Wednesday and they could only provide x2 pain patches but I have to change them every 3 days and they said would deliver what they owed me but never came despite I had rang them several times and because they delayed delivering them I was going into side effects and Tuesday after I complained finally delivered that day so my official complaint has gone in. I cant believe you forgot to put my medication out for delivery not cool at all thanks to this situation I felt quite ill. No client should be left without their prescription medication especially when its morphine and I am registered disabled and its my second complaint now. Yesterday my GP urgently prescribed me antibiotic and Oromorph rang x3 saying driver is in Doncaster expecting him back rang again oh hes broke down jeez you are just inhumane always relief pharmacists and gosh I have told them Ive been in hospital with retention and stones and obviously not going to deliver and I have had to ring 111 how do you expect me to come out sick so you dont deserve my original rating of 5 stars I have given you 3 stars fuming and i will be writing an official complaint and to the ombudsman! You need to be empathetic enough to realise the urgency and I dont have anyone to collect but after today Ill be taking my prescription medication now to a better chemist horrible pharmacist I have jeez Im going to have to go to the hospital because you failed me i needed those antibiotic medication urgently before the infection got worse Ill be informing my Doctor tomorrow closed this afternoon So Ive given them only 3 on my additional information on what I went through!
