        Terrible full groom was done today took our dog in as had a couple of matts and asked for a light trim and not to touch her head or tail when we returned we couldnt believe how she looked.She was shaved to the skin bald in places and now has rashes in several places.She was traumatised from the whole experience and we WILL NOT be returning.Also the staff were very rude and unprofessional.

        Think the staff need to learn some customer service, have lost the custom of us. Definitely don't recommend using, also the 15 deposit they have all the sudden started doing is ridiculous
