The Bouncy Castle Company

Been using this company for over a month on a weekly basis and cant fault a thing every week they send a different castle. No work for us other than watching our customers enjoy themselves they deliver install and then pack it away booked with them throughout the summer and for some special events. Never given a reason to look elsewhere

Thay turned up on time set up was all good till thay should of pick it up and did not come for over a week to pick up had keep asking when you picking up please apart from that was ok thanks for the hire

Completely let my 4 year old down today, was supposed to deliver before 10am, called them at 10am for an update - said he would call me back, didn't. Called again at 11am - said he would call me back, DIDNT. Then he ignored my calls and then cowardly TEXT me saying driver had an accident. Suprisingly I dont believe the story I believe it to be lies after his poor and lack of communication! Never had good feelings about this company with how booking was taken, wish I had gone else where in the beginning, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Hired a bouncing castle for my sisters birthday and I must say the guys that arrived were very perfessional. No trouble what so ever and they came early to set up. I will definitely be using them again.

This company should be in jail, the way they behaved around my 7 year old daughter and her friends is sickening, I had to throw them out of my garden without bouncy castle being being hired and my daughter spent the day crying
