My experience was lovely as ever, I got offered a hot drink. The 2 lovely assistants were very approachable. Emma and janine both had smiles on there faces and were very helpful when looking at glasses. And the optometrist lady was very chatty and very approachable to ask any questions I had.

Fantastic place to go with children ! Today we visited Charles Irvine opticians for my two girls. My daughter has had on going problems with her sight and the optician was brilliant with them , he really puts nervous children at ease. The new glasses were a reasonable price and lots to choose from. The optician also detected a infection in my other daughters eyes , that was not recognised by the pharmacy. He gave her products to treat it there and then also cleaned her eyes up to make them less sore. Great service I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I used this optician last year and Niz found I had a high pressure reading in my eyes which was causing damage to my optic nerve. Saw a consultant and was diagnosed with a rare eye condition which at present is responding to treatment, can not thank Niz and the staff enough for their help.
