Just had my eyes tested at Asda, all was well my first contact was Josie, very polite and helpful I was told after having first test to take a seat and I would be called by Daisy the optician next.after waiting a short while I was called in. Just got started with details with Daisy when there was a knock on the door and in walked a man who I presume was the manager telling the optician she had called in the wrong person,Daisy explained I was the next in her diary,with raised voices there was a bit of an argument me in the middle until another lady came and checked Daisies diary only to find the man waiting was to be seen by the other optician. Very unprofessional to carry on like that. Daisy was quite flustered. Hilary Bradley.

Collected my new glasses yesterday, two pairs of varifocals for 120 (2 from the 80 range). Cannot fault them at all. My previous pairs from Specsavers were over 400 after I'd paid for elite varifocals, thinning and coatings. These were all included in Asda Optitions. Infact my new glasses lens are thinner and less varifocal distortion in comparison to Specsavers. Would definitely recommend Scunthorpe Store.

Both my husband and I have recently had examinations and bought glasses from Asda opticians Scunthorpe and can fully recommend all the staff for their courtesy, patience and professionalism. Thank you, you're an excellent team.

Having a a caterat removed 3weeks ago Asda Scunthorpe opticians did my follow up and everyone at Asda was always very professional and took the time to explain everything. A great team in a very friendly shop.. whilst i was waiting in the shop area other people were coming in and been treated just the same.. total professional people many many thanks .. John Rowell
