        Decided to try a different Optician after being let down by a well-known high Street brand. Took my time looking and trying on different branded frames. During this exercise not once was I approached by a member of staff for assistance. I was there for 15 mins. Eventually I decided on 2 frames, sat down with a young lady, who went through a process, not personal or pleasant and ended up spending 400. Regretted it immediately. Really Really disappointed and will never ever visit the store again.
