What I particularly liked was the detail of what information was required from me.
Appointment made I duly turned up. It was a bit of a clat from there. I think it could have been done in half the time lol. It seemed to go on forever. Anyway here I am two weeks later and still no bus pass so all that time doesn't seem to have helped.
