Where can I start with Aaron and his team's fantastic service? When I bought our family's brand new build, I decided not to use the builder supplier as I thought I could get a better price elsewhere to fit the flooring in our new house. Before coming to First Choice Flooring, I visited most of the flooring suppliers around Scunthorpe and Brigg. Due to the lack of interest and poor services from other shops, I was not expecting much when we came to Aaron's shop. However, Aaron immediately made me feel at ease with his enthusiasm and passion for his services. Aaron was so willing to get the job right that he said that he didn't want to give us a price from the measurements our builder had provided us and that he was willing to go to the show home and measure the rooms to ensure he gave a realistic costing for the work. We organised a visit to the showhome, and without disappointment, Aaron came to the showhome and measured all the rooms. Then he invited us back to the shop to discuss the flooring options and our budget. Aaron took the time with a lot of patience (as we were not the most straightforward customer to deal with) to understand our choices and budget as he made sure that he understood our requirements and was able to provide the most competitive costing with high-quality carpets and LVT(amtico flooring). With this in mind, Aaron won our trust, and we closed the deal with him. The next stage was the fitting service, and again another fantastic service was provided by their carpet fitter and the exceptional Amtico fitter Adam. Due to the job's complexity, Adam took his time to deliver high-quality finished Amtico flooring for our hall, kitchen, sun lounge, dining area and utility room. The whole house looks fantastic, and I am thrilled that I got to know Aaron and his team. I cannot emphasise enough to anyone looking to get flooring fitted to visit First Choice flooring because I am sure you will not be disappointed.
