I rang after a bad couple of days to get some help for my wife, they explained that its nowt to do with them and gave me the number for the North Lincolnshire council. I couldnt imagine how the day could get worse but the very creative lady at Great Oaks rang the police to report that I was planning a murder and it got much worse. The police came to the house and interviewed my son whilst I was at work so Ive learned something new being in crisis is actually a crime
