First class service. I had French doors and bay windows fitted. Jan, at Scunthorpe branch was extremely helpful and professional. Windows and doors are well made, and the recommended fitter Jay was excellent,carrying out the fitting very professionally. I have now had front and back doors as well as the recent work done, and can't fault Round brand for their service and competitive prices.

Text me an hour before they were due to come and give me a quote saying they was running late, I text them back just to say OK keep me up to date on a time and that was that they have never got back to me even though I have text again, very odd and rude, there loss 2 houses and a shop front they won't be getting.

Beware of hidden costs. Bought upstairs window & back door & fitted. Got quoted 900 and to pay fitter when he came. Fitter came on day got 170 to pay them and got told was 228 incl VAT which we thought was already included. NOT HAPPY. Also we had to chase them to get a fitting date and was not given a time when fitters would be turning up. Rang roundbrand to complain about price and was told thats what it is although we were not told. NEVER AGAIN.

The installer recommended by Roundbrand has let me down a couple of times. Trying to get Roundbrand to answer the phone is also difficult, I was going to buy extra doors from them, however due to my experience I won't be doing that and can't recommend...
