        They don't care what you want !! Email several emails with explanation what we want and how we want and guess what's happened after one week they don't even know what I'm talking about when i call to find out what's going on why they not contact other side solicitors !! Even if you explain several times what you came for They don't even bother too give you appointment because very busy that's showing what customer service they giving!!!! What a rubbish experience i just had with this company !!!!!! Never again !!!!!! Maybe too many customers with big pockets made them so selfish !!because 5 years ago when i used them it was completely different experience.
