Rosewood Joinery

Had our staircse restyled, am very pleased with the craftmanship. Martin is very polite and friendly. Cleans up after himself and would heavily recommend him. 5 stars all round. Very tricky staircase finished to a very high standard.

Martin recently removed my mother in laws internal doors and fitted 6 new ones He was very professional, polite, came on time and the finished effect was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Martin did a great job for us. Removed and fitted 7 internal doors . The work he did was first class we couldn't have wished for anything better.

I write this review at a time when Covid-19 means that tradesmen are trying to catch up on the jobs, so this may have some bearing on the actual outcome. When I ask a person to look at a job and give me a quote, I expect that the person gets back to me within a quick time scale as the job I requested is labour only and no need to factor on stock. When that person looks not interested at all in the job, does not give off an aura of knowing what he is actually doing then makes you think twice. I suggest this person get a course in talking to customers as I found his manner quite off putting, we are not here to be friends but I expect a level of professionalism. I did not use him this time as I did not want to risk a bad job.
