TVM Loft Conversions

Paid a lot of money for some drawings for a loft conversation took nearly 6 weeks before we actually received anything, then they had to be sent back because the en suite was missing. We then arrange two separate visits for someone to come round and go over the drawings with us so we knew exactly what to expect on both occasions no one showed up and we had no communication or explanation as to why these appointments were missed. Safe to say I requested multiple times for the physical copies of the drawings which we wasted our money on and will never use or recommend this company again so unprofessional.

We must have been one of the exceptions with TVM Mick came out to look at what was quite a substantial job at our place. A double garage, kitchen and rear extension, plus a lot of internal civil work. He promised me a price and timeline after I had sent him the plans and building regs info. I heard nothing for weeks so chased them up. Again I was promised a reply. Over the next two months, I must have called more than 20 times and sent several e mails, all without response. All in, a really poor experience for personally. I dont understand why a company would just go dark. If you didn't want the job, just say that. From my personal experience, they were extremely unprofessional !

We have had all sorts of problems with plumbers in the past but when we stumbled across these guys our travails were at an end. Always helpful, always prompt, always friendly and most importantly their work is top notch. Frankly, if you use any other firm, you really should take a good long hard look at yourself and then call TVM.

If there was a chance to minus stars then this would be it. Enquired about getting a quote 13th July. After chasing up on 30th July the email address on Google was wrong. After then more chasing from.1st August we finally got a appointment booked for 17th August at 4pm. At 4.50pm we were informed via email that surveyor couldn't make as was still at hospital in Leeds, 40 miles away from the property. We enquired about rebooking immediately and after 2 weeks and more phone calls we and clash of calendars we got another appointment booked for 14th September. This time the surveyor was full of cold but we were told we should be able to get an estimation based our drawings by the end of the week. Surprise there was no reply again so after a final call requesting the surveyor to come.out to the property we finally had an appointment booked for today ( 21st September) at 8.30am. At 9am I rang to get an update on where the surveyor was to then be given a call back to say that we was at another job and got mixed up. I didn't even want to hear the rebooking process and so sorry to the receptionist who had to deliver this message for the sheer incompetence of the surveyor who organisation skills are very much left to be desired. If you are prepared to run around like coyote chasing roadrunner then knock yourselves out. But this service has been nothing short of appalling. The surveyor never once apologised for his own actions. Not professional, not reliable, not worth it.
