Charworth Homes

We have had countless issues with Charworth Homes, however the worst and most recent issue has been on going for months and is a result of their poor building quality. There has been lack of communication or willingness to offer a solution. This is not what anyone would expect from a company that presents themselves as a high quality building company, far from it. Response; Thank you for taking the time to respond however I think we both know it is untrue that you have responded on every occasion or made yourself accessible, you responded to one email after I sent several emails and made multiple phone calls and then did not respond to my follow up email which was sent 6 weeks ago. The owner did not have the decency to phone me up or take any of my phone calls, each time being told he was not available to speak. Not once was I contacted by you, the only way I was able to speak to someone was if I made the phone calls and emails, it was constant chasing. Regardless of warranty or time frames the pictures indicate a significant poor build quality (plasterboard touching the floor, incorrect materials used etc). As you are also aware the snag list was extensive and to this day we are disappointed with numerous aspects, one being the paintwork. Regarding your comments about the radiator. This was rectified but took 12 months and after a lot of chasing. Service: Home building
