        I booked an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday at 10.45, a sms was sent to me Friday to remind me of the booking. I arrived 10 minutes early to find it closed, I had an appointment at 3pm and needed my hair doing thankfully the hairdressers over the road were able to fit me in. I will not be contacting the hair lounge again
