I spoke to Dave on the 23rd who immediately started talking about faults and having to get technical info and asked me to send him a picture of the control box. Being completely blind to how these things worked, I agreed and sent him the picture via TXT message.
Nothing back from him for 2 days so I followed up to be told that he would have to get some technical information from SWS as a light that was illuminating means there is a fault. He asked for a few days to get that technical information. In the meantime, we cannot operate the garage door.
Fast forward to the 7th March, still no contact and nothing back from Dave. I decided to revisit SWS providers and contacted another provider independently. He came the following day, gave it a service and that was that, all working perfectly again.
The reason why I am writing this review is that Dave sounded extremely dis-interested when we contacted him initially after realising that we were a service customer, not a purchase customer. Also, to immediately start assuming there's a fault and sending me on a wild goose chase is not good customer service. I have no idea why he just didn't give us the price for him to attend and call out to rectify it - Or alternatively, just tell us that this wasn't for him so we could have gone elsewhere, which would have been absolutely fine.
