Never had to plan a funeral before, so when my young son passed away Adele and Steph made the whole process so bearable. So friendly and let us plan a lovely young send off. We had daily visits with family and friends to write messages on the coffin. Even took the 3 crazy dogs in. Amazing, warm welcome every time. And the Xbox flowers was amazing. Thank you so much for everything youve done for us.

Wilson & Cooper recently handled a family members funeral and were outstanding throughout the whole time, special thanks to Steph and Adele who were just perfect with my sister in law during a time of extreme grief! Definitely 5*'s

I couldnt recommend Wilson and Cooper enough! From the moment we knew my dad was going to pass away, Steph was fantastic. She was compassionate, understanding and so caring. Alan and Mason was so professional when collecting my dad from home but they still showed care and love which for us as a family is so important. When Adele came to our home to go through the funeral arrangements, she was brilliant. She listened to our wishes and nothing was too much hassle. When we came to see dad at the funeral parlour I was instantly reassured, the room was comforting with candles and wax melts which just set a calming atmosphere. When the funeral came around, my son was only a week old, prior to the funeral Steph reassured me that if I wanted she would care for my little boy so I could grieve and say goodbye to my dad. And I genuinely couldnt of asked for a better person to be present for my little boy. As soon as we arrived she came and snuggled him into her coat and he just settled straight away, looked after him and snuggled him for the whole funeral and whilst we greeted people after. For a first time mama, this was so reassuring as I could grieve for my dad without worrying about my son. Its the little things that make Wilson and Cooper the most perfect funeral directors for families of all walks of life. I couldnt recommend them enough, from start to finish absolutely phenomenal service. Thank you to each one of you for making the most difficult situation a little easier

Jeremy and myself would like to thank you for care and dedication to getting everything just right for My husbands sister Jennifer Clarke, my sister in laws funeral yesterday. You have had the unenviable job of dealing with a family dealing with two bereavements in a short spell of time, but have delivered on both funerals with the greatest professional smoothness and huge empathy. We would like to thank you and your team for organising and carrying out Mums funeral arrangements. You took care of every detail meticulously and made the process so much easier to bear at such a difficult time. It was very much appreciated. The coffin flowers were really beautiful as were the printed Orders of Service. We were touched with how respectful both you and Angela the celebrant were towards Mum in the service. Your recommendation of Angelas services just fit Mums circumstances perfectly. Thank you again.
