        dropped truck off friday confirmed with trev what was needed for dpf was told be ready monday no phone call had to ring back even though parts were ordered and delivered by them to them never heard so many excuses

        Service staff (Trevor) very helpful. Second visit, this time for MOT and service which includes ford assist recovery FOC for a year. The first was for an additional battery (2nd with BCM programming) got fobbed off by other garages. This was arranged and sorted within a week (waiting for parts during lockdown) my go-to for anything required on my ford transit Custom

        Shocking service!lost count of how many weeks they've had my van,i have been constantly fobbed off about when my vehicle is going to be ready and lied to constantly,apparently no work will be done to my vehicle on a Saturday because of the corona virus!my vehicle was meant to be ready last Wednesday then last Friday then this Wednesday then Thursday then was told at 4.40 on the Friday that my vehicle still isn't ready and have been left without a hire vehicle as the one I was using had to go back,was also offered a courtesy vehicle nowhere near the size that I needed but was told if I wanted it then I would have to go to scunthorpe to get it!I live in Lincoln!absolutely disgraceful!!
