Yes, I read the risks with dry cleaning and signed the paper work. BUT! Nowhere on the paperwork mentioned fabrics could fuse together
They said to me that this was a common problem and said that Dunhelm will pay.
I went to dunhelm to explain what happened, and the manager kindly assured me that if it was a common problem. Theyd discontinue the particular curtain sales. And that she uses a dry cleaning service and nothing to report.
I went back to Timpsons to ask for a refund and they refused. So Im gathering then with them its a pays your money, takes your choice. Will NOT recommend Timpsons to anyone.
