Very poor service. Staff are not helpful. Hardly can get any appointment. After several attempted finally got an appointment for 1pm. ( when I made the appointment , they didn't mention that the door will be closed and I have to wait) which I didn't have any clue. I went there 10 minutes before 1pm and waited till 5 past 1 but the door was closed. Phone line was closed till 1.30pm due to lunch break. I called at 1.30pm to the surgery to find out if my appointment was actually 1pm. They said it was and should have just waited because they opened the door in a couple of minutes. I'm in a lot of pain, now I have to wait till Monday or go to A&E.
