        I have a poor offender manager kieth Harding that I need too change hes lied on numerous occasions hes made false appointments an he said he was going too keep in contact weekly but he hasn't I need too speak too someone higher than him he doesn't have my best of interest at all or helping me progress into society.

        Just tried to deliver a toaster to these people..got a lecture on why i hadn't gone to back door to deliver it...very poor attitude to have..after all..im doing a job too.
