        This used to be a great shop to go in, and they've lost some great staff. However today will be my last visit. There was a young girl, shouting into her mobile,about who the television belonged to, before she looked at me,to indicate she was ready to serve. I asked for 2 hotpicks, with 2 numbers on each, for tonights euro. She said she had a customer, hung up,and said i wasnt making any sense did I want it for the euro lottery, or the national lotto. I won't say every thing that she rudely did, or anymore about just how rude she was, and what else went on , however I'm sorry, because apart from the young Asian gentleman, the staff are dreadful, and although the older lady has improved, this young lady needs to learn more about customer service. . I bit my lip, as i was so close to telling her to stuff it, I'll go elsewhere. Martins, now you've been taken over, check how bad this young staff member was, and also, whilst I'm on a roll , staff members squatting outside smoking, leaving the shop unmanned, isnt the great customer service we used to get. This shopped used to always be packed, but not anymore .I shall not set foot in it again
