        I have ordered several times and the products are good but appalling customer service. DHL left a parcel (without telling me) and I did not receive it. I was expected to deal with the issue myself, I had to continuously push to get Solutions 4 Plastic to deal with the missing parcel and almost two months later I have a refund (after yet again another prompt from me). Would not use again.
